I started Odds and Ends Maintenance in 2013.  I have been in the construction and property management industry for over 30 years.  One of the main reasons I chose to start my own company, was the industry complaints were always the same, “ Contractors and Vendors did not look out for the well being of the , Client, Owner or Property Manager.“ Most contractors overcharge, take short cuts and the repairs are not complete or do not last.  Contractors do not complete the job, or it just takes too long for a work order or estimate to get done. 

I pride myself on quick service and quality repairs that will not break the bank and the repair/remodel will last for years.   Our hourly pricing is at the rate of $40.00 per hour, or we will be happy to give you an estimate.

When you hire Odds and Ends, It will be me on your property or my partner. We do not subcontract, what you see is what you get. If I am not comfortable on a project, I will advise the Client and/or Manager with a direction, options and/or recommendations.
